Chat Peaked
These terms cover the Chat Peaked website and the Chat Peaked publishing app (together, the "Service"), operated by Chat Peaked ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Chat Peaked is an internal tool that lets the Chat Peaked team prepare short video clips and publish them to Chat Peaked's own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts using each platform's official API. It is not offered to the public and does not post on behalf of other users.
Only authorized members of the Chat Peaked team may connect a social media account to the Service. When you connect an account, you authorize the Service to upload content to that account and read the basic profile information needed to do so. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's app settings.
Every clip is reviewed and approved by a person before it is posted. Clips are short excerpts of publicly broadcast live streams, presented with commentary, captions and editing. We respect creators' rights: if you are a rights holder and want a clip removed, email hello@chatpeaked.com and we will act promptly.
Your use of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube is also governed by those platforms' own terms and policies. We follow their community guidelines and API terms when publishing.
You may not use the Service to post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or misleading, or to interfere with any platform's systems.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
